RCB fast bowler Yash Dayal has landed in grave legal trouble following a complaint filed by a Ghaziabad woman against him at the police station. The woman has accused Dayal of physical exploitation by falsely promising to marry her. The FIR was lodged at the Indirapuram police station under BNS Section 69 that deals with cases of sexual intercourse by means of a false promise. The woman stated she was in a relationship with Yash Dayal for five years. She registered her grievance through the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) on June 21, directly to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. She alleged the cricketer deceived and misused her during the long relationship. He has requested the police to register an FIR against the woman and two of her relatives. In his complaint which was obtained by NDTV, Dayal has claimed that he came into contact with the woman on Instagram in 2021 and since then they had been speaking. He stated that the woman stole an iPhone and a laptop from him. He also mentioned that she demanded huge amounts of money from him on many occasions, mentioning that it was for treatment of herself and her relatives for medical reasons. She borrowed money for shopping too, promising to pay her back, which she never did. Yash also stated that he has evidence of all these. Once he came to know that the woman had registered an FIR against him, he too wanted to pursue legal action. His complaint is three pages long and has allegations of cheating as well as theft. The police from both cities are now investigating the case.
