Australian skipper Pat Cummins has etched his name in the record books by claiming a five-wicket haul in the first innings of the WTC Final 2025 against South Africa at Lord's. The right-arm speedster dismissed David Bedingham to complete his five wickets, but he did not stop there as he bagged one more wicket of Kagiso Rabada to end the innings with the figures of 6/28. With this, he became only the sixth fast bowler to pick a fifer in the final of an ICC event. The other five are Gary Gilmour, Joel Garner, Jacques Kallis, Kyle Jamieson and Kagiso Rabada. Not only that, but he is also the only captain to pick a fifer in the ICC Finals.
