The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has declared that online ticket sales for the much-awaited Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 will commence from 6:00 pm (IST) on Friday, 31 January 2025. The first phase of ticket sales under WPL will be for the matches played in Vadodara and Bengaluru, from January 31 and the fans can book the tickets using BookMyShow, according to the WPL release. Vadodara will host six matches in total before the action moves to Bengaluru, where RCB, led by Smriti Mandhana, will play their first home game against Mumbai Indians, the winners of WPL 2023, at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on February 21. Then the tournament would move to Ekana Stadium Lucknow, and four matches here would make this a WPL debut for the venue. UP Warriorz has home games under her belt now - Alyssa Healy-Led UP Warriorz will play 3 home games that includes the matches against GG on March 3, MI on March 6, RCB on March 8. The last leg of the tournament will be played out at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Mumbai Indians, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, will finish their league engagements with two consecutive home games against Gujarat Giants and RCB on March 10 and 11, respectively. The eliminator match will also be played on March 13 at Brabourne Stadium, between the team that comes second in the league and the one who comes third. The WPL 2025 final is scheduled till March 15 and all matches in the third season of WPL would be single headers, like in the second season, confirmed BCCI.
