Amidst ongoing rumors of the Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and his "friend" RJ Mahvash unfollowing each other on Instagram, the spinner was spotted with a new face, Shefali Bagga, having a dine-out. The video of the two coming out of a restaurant went viral on social media as fans started speculating about new turns in the spinner's life. In the viral video, Yuzi was seen wearing a black shirt and baggy blue jeans and had initially covered his face with a mask. Bagga wore a black bodycon dress but was visibly shy, trying to hide behind a person whom she seemed to know. She waved at the camera when it almost bumped into her. Shefali Bagga earned fame as a participant of Big Boss 13, hosted in 2019. However, she started her career as a journalist, or rather, a news presenter. She, in her early days in 2015, worked for the India Today Group as a news anchor before becoming a legit sports presenter. In 2004, she hosted events such as the Legends Cricket Trophy (2024) and the World Championship of Legends (2024). She also served as an IPL host for ABP News. During 2025–26, she expanded her on-screen presence with a mix of reality and scripted projects. She co-hosted the reality dating show Loventure: Pyaar Ka Vanvaas alongside Faisal Shaikh (Mr. Faisu) on JioHotstar. In 2025, she also appeared in the music video Beparwaiyaan with Digvijay Singh Rathee. Her recent work includes a role in Bharat Ke Super Founders, scheduled for release in 2026. The social media influencer RJ Mahvash has been a constant name in Yuzvendra Chahal's life, much before his divorce was finalized with dancer Dhanashree Verma. Married in 2020, the couple had a theatrical divorce in 2024, with Mahvash herself taking part in the taunts in favor of Yuzi multiple times. Trolls were hurled at Mahvash, and Yuzi was seen officially denying relationships and urging fans not to mock her as the "homewrecker." However, there were times when Yuzi blushed, with the possible indication of her. However, a routine stalk figured out that Mahvash and Chahal are not following each other. Even though Chahal never said a word, Mahvash posted a short video in the car where she expressed how she is tired of fixing people's behavior and how she is showing people the exit for every mistake they make. The video had a caption, "In 2026—Sab log sunlo. Humse na hopaga" (Listen everyone, I cannot do this anymore.) Being an influencer, it is not odd for her; however, the timing of the video has raised the question: had they parted? Or did they really have anything that needed to be ended?
