Virat Kohli led from the front with a remarkable half-century against Mumbai Indians as Royal Challengers Bengaluru secured their third win of the IPL 2025 season. Kohli smashed 67 runs off 42 deliveries to set the tone for RCB’s innings, helping them post a massive 221/5 in their 20 overs at the Wankhede Stadium. Despite losing Phil Salt early in the powerplay, Kohli made sure to keep the scoreboard ticking right from ball one. After the match, a lighter moment involving Kohli caught fans’ attention. As he was walking back to the dressing room, a balloon floated near him. A video shot by a fan showed Kohli catching the balloon, smiling, and briefly playing with it before tossing it back to the crowd. The clip has since gone viral on social media.
