A moment to remember illuminated the Home of Cricket on Wednesday (June 25) when Vikrant Keni took an incredible catch to remove Angus Brown and wrap up India's nerve-wracking two-wicket victory against England in the third T20I of the Mixed Disability IT20 series at Lord's. Brown, who was playing a lone hand for England, had smashed 77 off just 47 balls, hitting five fours and five sixes. But just when England hoped for a good finish, Keni’s athletic leap and grab on the boundary ended Brown’s superb innings on the penultimate delivery of the 20th over. The catch by Keni not only haulted England’s momentum but also gave India a much-needed boost at a critical moment in the match. Vikrant Keni’s catch was a turning point, not just in terms of the game but as a showcase of the high skill and athleticism in disability cricket. It was a moment that drew loud applause from the Lord’s crowd and reflected the growing global respect for players in the Mixed Disability format.
