Krishnan Shrijith led the scoring with 52 from 45 balls, with four fours and two sixes. Wicketkeeper Shivkumar Rakshith contributed 36 off 22 balls, hitting four boundaries and two sixes. The two partners stood out as the rest of the batting unit found it difficult to score heavily. For the Mystics, Shashi Kumar K and Lavish Kaushal took two wickets apiece, while Shekhawat and Monish Reddy bagged one wicket each. Pursuing 159, Gulbarga Mystics lost four wickets to reach 100. However, Prajwal Pavan and Smaran Ravichandran stabilized the innings. Smaran hit a good 52 from 39 deliveries, and Prajwal contributed 37 from 28 deliveries, hitting two fours and three sixes.
