It seems like the Indian journalists have owned the Pakistani journalists in the UAE and one such incident came upfront while the Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha went for the press conference after the final match of the 2025 Asia Cup. During the press conference, one of the journalists, likely to be Pakistani, claimed that the Indian media manager did not allow the Pak Journalists to question. As per the claims of the journalist, Pakistan has been harassed in all fields, including media. He said that before Agha's, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav, along with Abhishek Sharma, addressed the press for 35 minutes. There, the Indian media manager did not let any of the Pakistani journalists ask questions. The moment the Pakistani journalist asked the question, many of the Indian journalists present there during Agha's conference protested. Chaos erupted, and watching that, Agha literally laughed. Speaking at the post-match press conference, Agha said, “As a team, we have decided to donate our match fees to the civilians and children affected by India’s attack.” His statement followed India captain Suryakumar Yadav’s pledge to donate his Asia Cup match fee to India’s armed forces and victims of the April Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 in Jammu and Kashmir. Tensions surfaced during Dubai’s trophy presentation when Indian players reportedly refused the trophy from PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi. Agha criticized the behavior as disrespectful to cricket but noted the team still posed for photos and collected their medals.
