The Gabba Test ended in a draw, making the series even more interesting as both the teams will play their hearts out at the MCG to make the score-line of the series look 2-1 in their favour. Rohit Sharma and Co. will be without the service of Ashwin as the latter announced his retirement after the 3rd Test. Tanush Kotian, the all-rounder from Mumbai, has been named as his replacement. Batting has been a concern for the side as Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant are yet to deliver a good knock in this series. Jaiswal also went under the shadow after a ton in the opening Test, as did Virat Kohli. KL Rahul, has turned out as a positive in India's batting line and his form will be crucial for India's victory in the next match. Australia have also made one change in their roster, bringing in the young prodigy, Sam Konstas, in place of Nathan McSweeney who had dismal outings in the first three Tests. A win at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) will take the team closer to the qualification for the World Test Championship (WTC) Final that will be played at Lords in 2025.
