Day 2 morning has been pretty frustrating for India, with South Africa being resilient with the bat. India only managed Kyle Verreynne's wicket. However, after his departure, things got tougher as Marco Jansen started attacking from one side, having Senuran Muthusamy anchoring from the other side. South Africa has already surpassed 400, and the partnership is frustrating enough for the Indian stand-in captain Rishabh Pant to lose his cool. Rishabh is generally chirpy, but this time he had his reasons. India had already got two warnings for taking more time in between overs. A third warning within 80 overs will add penalty runs. Remembering that, Rishabh was heard calling out at Kuldeep Yadav, who was juggling the ball, yelling at him, saying it's not his backyard. Not only that, but he warned Washington Sundar too was targeted quite a few times for his delay in starting. Well, he was not yelling all the time but was also cheering his boys to keep up the work they did last day. While Marco Jansen has been the aggressor, Senuran Muthusamy anchored from the other side with his clean, almost perfect innings. Muthusamy missed the first Test in Kolkata but made up for it by registering not only his highest-ever Test score but also his maiden Test century. He halted at 107 off 203 balls, hitting 10 boundaries and two sixes. Marco Jansen, on the other side is batting 51 off 57 balls. The tall man smashed four sixes and three boundaries.
