Fans invading the pitch to meet their favorite cricketers is not a new thing. However, such incidents often raise a concern about the security of the players and also lead to the disruption of the game. To overcome this issue, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has come up with a new initiative that will disallow the fans to interrupt the game by invading the pitch. In a video that is circulating on the social media, it can be seen that a deep moat has been created to separate the field from the sitting area for the fans. The upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will be hosted by Pakistan and UAE and Pakistan have been preparing hard to renovate their stadiums and bring in the modern facilities ahead of the marquee event. According to The Nation, the PCB has installed modern LED floodlights, high-resolution SMD screens and two VVIP enclosures at the venue. Along with it, they have also created a deep moat to avoid the pitch intruders from entering the playing area and the same can be seen in a video below. Watch the video: Be cautious.
