Naveen-ul-Haq joins Roshan Primus and Tangeni Lungemani in an embarrassing list of most balls bowled in an over in T20 cricket. The Afghan pacers bowled 13 balls in an over, joint-second highest in this format, which cost them the match. At the end of the 14th over, the hosts required 57 runs to win the match. Naveen started the 15th over with a wide outside off. On the next ball, Bennett scored a single on legal delivery which was then followed by a four by Raza on a no-ball. To avoid being hit for a boundary on the free-hit, Naveen attempted for a yorker away from the batter, but ended up bowling 4 consecutive wides. Raza managed to get a boundary on the 2nd delivery, the free-hit one, which was actually the 8th ball of an over. However, Naveen had a last laugh as he dismissed Raza, thanks to a stunning catch by Gurbaz. Burl and Bennett managed a single on the next two deliveries, followed by a wide and a single to end the over. In total, Naveen bowled 13 balls in a single over, giving away 19 runs which reduced the target to 38 off 30 for Zimbabwe. Watch the video here: Can you count how many balls did he bowl in that over?
