India captain Rohit Sharma is preparing for the upcoming day-night Test against Australia in Adelaide, after returning to the team following his personal reasons for missing the opening match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Perth. Rohit just joined the team and played in a two-day warm-up match against the Prime Minister's XI in Canberra and was welcomed by the fans with enthusiasm. During the match, it was a heartwarming moment when a fan, who was waiting for 10 years to meet Rohit, eagerly asked an autograph. The fan shouted "Mumbai Ka Raja" to get the attention of the Indian skipper. Thereafter, Rohit was seen smiling and nicely giving the autograph to fulfill his fan's decade-long wish. It was shared by the BCCI on social media showing kindness of the Indian captain towards the supporters. Watch the video here: The wait of a decade finally ends. Though Rohit could score only three runs off a few balls during his short stay at the crease, his comeback is likely to strengthen India's batting department for the Adelaide Test. Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Washington Sundar were the match winners for India in the successful run chase. Rohit's return will make a huge difference to India, who want to carry their good form through the series. At the same time, his return will also create a challenge for the team management because they need to adjust their balance for the Adelaide Test.
