As the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 resumed following a brief suspension due to rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Delhi Capitals suffered a major blow with confirmation that Mitchell Starc will not return for the rest of the season. A viral video from the Delhi airport has now emerged, showing the Australian pacer in no mood for fanfare. In the clip, Starc is seen outside the airport terminal, loading his luggage onto a trolley, when a fan attempts to record him. Visibly displeased, Starc turns toward the fan and sternly tells him to “go away”. He repeated it three times in the short video. The moment reportedly marked his departure from India, following a personal decision to opt out of the tournament’s resumption. 🇦🇺 Mitchell Starc loses cool at airport - tells fan recording him to "Go away" multiple times in viral clip. Faf du Plessis and Tristan Stubbs are expected to arrive shortly, while mentor Kevin Pietersen will rejoin on May 16.
