India's finest all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, was seen thanking his childhood selector in a viral video. Hardik expressed gratitude to the local selector for giving him 400 rupees as a match fee during his early cricketing days. He asserted that those 400 rupees had helped him a lot in shaping his cricketing career. Prior to his IPL glory and international appearance, Hardik used to travel from villages to villages in Gujarat to play local tennis ball tournaments. A victory in those games used to help him earn 400-500 rupees during his early days. In the video, Hardik thanked the selector and showed his humbleness even after reaching the peak of success. He also said that Krunal used to take 500 rupees, while he used to take 400. The selector also mentioned about him having messaged Krunal, the elder brother of Hardik, after Hardik's father passed away.
