In a recently viral video, it was seen that a fan was about to lunge at the fence while the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was giving a lap of honor at the Eden Gardens. It happened on March 22, after the opening match of the 2025 Indian Premier League concluded and KKR owner Shah Rukh Khan walked out to the field to greet the fans. Then, a fan, visibly at the D block lower tier, tried to give his best shot to reach SRK over the fence. But he got stuck, giving the best recovery to the appointed policemen. They dragged the fan down, grabbed him by his neck, and after a round of beating, they slapped him.
