The 18th match of ILT20 2025 between Sharjah Warriorz and Desert Vipers on January 25 came up with a funny incident. Pakistani wicketkeeper-batter Azam Khan, who is known for his entertaining style, marked himself in this amusing blunder. In the 18th over of Sharjah Warriorz' batting, bowler Khuzaima Bin Tanveer bowls a delivery with Ashton Agar and Luke Wells at crease. A misunderstanding between the two batters created a run out opportunity at striker's end when both batters were left in the non-striker's end. Azam Khan had an easy job, and it was to pick the ball and run out the batter. Instead of doing that, he tried a football slide type of dive, which went badly wrong as he completely failed to get to the ball. The ball went rolling, giving the batting side an extra run. The situation was even funnier when both players stood there together at the non-striker's end, making everyone in the crowd laugh. Watch the video here (ICYMI): 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓. 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘. 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃.
