Within 10 overs, the side was reduced to 69-5. However, Nicholas Pooran (38) and Andre Russell (30) guided the innings to some extent. Later, with the dismissals of Pooran and Russell, Romario Shepherd (35) and Gudakesh Motie (33) added useful runs. They added a decent total of 182 runs on the board in their 20 overs. Saqib and Adil remained the most distinguishing bowlers for England with 4 and 3 wickets respectively. It was not a difficult chase as England made it easy with explosive Phil Salt hitting 103 off 54 balls and Jacob Bethell chipping in with 58 runs.
