His previous scores in this tournament are 8, 1, 33, 29, 20 which shows that he gets off to a good start, but he fails to keep it going. Tigers Edge Rajshahi in Close Contest Afif Hossain's magnificent 56, accompanied by William Bosisto's 55 and a cameo of 30 off 12 from Mahidul Islam Ankon took the Tigers to 209 in 20 overs. The chase was never going to be easy as the Tigers have a decent bowling attack. However, the Rajshahi somehow managed to get closer to the target scoring 202 but eventually losing the game of seven runs. Anamul Haque's splendid century went in vain as the batter lacked support from the fellow teammates. Abu Hider and Salman Irshad bagged a wicket each, while Hasan Mahmud picked up two and was also adjudged as the player of the match. This was the third win for the Tigers in this season and they now have the same number of wins as the Rajshahi, but they have played one game less. Tigers are placed at four, while the Rajshahi finds themself just below Khulna Tigers in the points table.
