Indian batting superstar Virat Kohli has revealed the toughest bowler he has faced in his career. Speaking at the RCB Innovation Lab Indian Sports Summit in Bengaluru, Kohli answered several questions about his career, life, and retirement. When asked about the most challenging bowler he has faced, he named Jasprit Bumrah. "To me, there is no doubt about the fact that Jasprit [Bumrah] is the best bowler across all formats," Kohli said. The 36-year-old added that his battles with Bumrah are always competitive, especially in the Indian Premier League (IPL), where the pacer has dismissed him five times. "He has got me out a few times in the IPL. So, whenever I face him, it is like, okay, this is going to be fun. He wants to get me out, and I try not to get out. I would say it is the most enjoyable and toughest challenge," Kohli said. Notably, Bumrah has dismissed Kohli five times in the IPL. In 16 innings, Kohli has scored 140 runs off 95 deliveries against him, hitting 15 fours and 5 sixes at a strike rate of 147.4 while averaging 28.
