Amidst several rumors going on about whether Virat Kohli will continue playing the One Day Internationals or not, a recent post from a fan page has almost settled the fact that Kohli is playing, at least in the upcoming series in Australia. Virat Kohli had earlier announced retirement from the T20 format in 2024, and Test Cricket in 2025. And now, his ODI career is hanging in a dilemma. And the striking part is, Virat Kohli himself liked the post! Fans have started speculating that Kohli, for sure, will be playing the three-match ODI series against Australia this October. After the 2025 Indian Premier League, Ro took a break and was spending his leisure time in London with his family. Coming back, he hit the gym, with fans speculating him to be getting ready for the coming ODI series against Australia. With both of them nearing their 40s, the BCCI wants them to be regularly active in the domestic circuit and had reportedly urged them to play the Vijay Hazare trophy this season. Not only that, several reports are suggesting that Ro-Ko might be asked to play India A also, to be eligible for the World Cup Selection. Meanwhile, Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg hinted earlier that they are planning to give a grand send-off to the duo, hoping that this tour might be their final tour to the country. India will be playing three ODIs, on October 19 (Perth), 22 (Adelaide) and 25 (Sydney).
