India U-19 opened their Youth ODI series against Australia U-19 with a clinical seven-wicket triumph at the Ian Healy Oval. The chase of 226 was anchored by Abhigyan Kundu’s 87 not out and Vedant Trivedi’s 61 not out, whose 152-run partnership for the fourth wicket sealed the game in just 30.3 overs. Kundu, adjudged Player of the Match, crafted his innings with authority, hitting eight fours and five sixes off 74 balls. Trivedi’s knock came off 69 balls with eight boundaries, ensuring that India crossed the line with 117 balls to spare.
