Leg-spinner Suyash Sharma recently made an appearance at the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) women's training camp. The young spinner, who is a part of the RCB men's team, joined the women’s squad in a training session ahead of RCB's WPL Lucknow leg. Despite not having played any senior-level matches for Delhi before his IPL debut, Suyash made an immediate impact and made heads turn in his 1st season. He picked up three crucial wickets against RCB in his debut match, helping KKR secure an 81-run victory. The leg spinner finished the 2023 season with 10 wickets, earning a name for himself in the season. In the recent mega-auction, RCB showed immense faith in the youngster and bought him for INR 2.6 Crores. The three-time finalists will be hoping that Suyash does well in the upcoming season. With just two wins from six matches, RCB currently sits in the fourth position on the points table.
