Recently he won his second Champions Trophy but he didn’t post any celebration posts on his social media handles rather he was seen promoting brand ads on his accounts consecutively. Social media were filled with fans' reactions who were trolling Virat Kohli left right and centre for flooding his account with brand-collaborated ads. Every Indian player from the squad posted pictures with the Champions Trophy on their social media handles but Virat Kohli didn’t. During RCB Innovation Lab's Indian Sports Summit, Virat Kohli said: "I don't post on social media much because technology without a goal is destructive. Posting on social media doesn't make anything different in my life. People's comment don't have any reaction on me, so I don't have to post.” Meanwhile, the 36-year-old RCB batter reached Bengaluru on Saturday to join his team for the upcoming IPL 2025. He is set to join the training camp soon, as Royal Challengers Bengaluru is gearing up to face Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens in the opening match of the tournament on March 22.
