Indian opener batter Smriti Mandhana entered the history book by becoming the first women cricketer to hit four ODI centuries in a cricket calendar. On Wednesday, December 11, in the third ODI against Australia at the WACA Ground in Perth, Mandhana scored 105 runs from 109 deliveries while chasing 299 runs. Mandhana added 118 runs on the second wicket, partnering with Harleen Deol, who scored 39 runs before leaving. However, India lost the mojo with Deol's departure, as none could stand on the crease. Baring Jemimah Rodrigues (16) and the skipper Harmanpreet Kaur (12), none of the batters could cross double digits. India got bundled out in 215 runs on 45.1 over, losing the match by 83 runs.
