Sanju Samson got his 11th First-Class century while playing for India D in the Duleep Trophy 2024, a match against India B on Friday at the second day in Anantapur. Sanju Samson is third in the list of most first-class centurions of Kerala after Sachin Baby (18) and Rohan Prem (13). Sanju Samson, the wicket-keeper, played an aggressive knock as he hit 11 boundaries and three sixes. After a short partnership with Ricky Bhui, who made a fifty, Samson started showing dominance and teamed up with Saransh Jain to help the team reach 306/5 by the end of Day 1. Though Saransh got dismissed very early on Day 2, Samson continued batting, with Saurabh Kumar being his partner. He reached his century in just 95 balls and put India D at a very dominating position against India B.
