Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the new signing of the Rajasthan Royals and the youngest ever buy in IPL history, has finally looked to prove his worth as he stood not out at 76 runs from 46 balls against the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was the 12th match in the Under-19 Asia Cup at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on December 4, where India defeated the UAE by 10 runs having Suryavanshi as the main man. Batting first, the UAE had posted 137 runs in 44 overs. Yudhajit Guha, the right-arm seam bowler, took 3 wickets, bowling 7 overs. Hardik Raj and Chetan Sharma took 2 wickets each. Suryavanshi was under immense pressure with his form (1 and 23), but would have relaeased a sigh of relief with this inning.
