Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Shivam Dube has allegedly purchased two luxury flats in Mumbai for a total value of 27.50 crore. Interestingly, this is higher than what Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) spent to acquire Rishabh Pant during the IPL 2025 mega-auction. Pant was acquired for ₹27 crore and is now IPL's most valuable player. Dube's new apartments are in the high-end DLH Enclave complex in Oshiwara, Andheri West, according to Business Today. According to property records obtained by Square Yards, the two flats combined have a carpet area of 4,200 square feet and also include an additional 3,800 square feet of terrace area. He registered them last month. Every flat also has three car parking places. The combined stamp duty on the transaction is approximately 1.65 crore, with registration fees at ₹30,000.
