Ravi Shastri, who played for India and was also the national team's former head coach, recently revealed how much money Indian stars like Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, and Sachin Tendulkar earn. He made the revelations during the 'Stick to Cricket' podcast, hosted by former England captain Michael Vaughan. When Vaughan asked Shastri: "How much do Indian cricket stars actually make?" Shastri responded, "They make a lot. A lot on endorsements, definitely and over 100 crores." Vaughan asked about how much ₹100 crore is in pounds, and Shastri responded, "That's approximately £10 million." The English cricketers in the podcast were taken aback by the amount. You could easily do more because of the amount cricket being played. So you know they'll do an ad for year and give us a day." Outside cricket, he made fortunes from endorsement deals with companies such as MRF, Adidas, and Pepsi. He also invested in companies, including part-ownership of Kerala Blasters in the Indian Super League. MS Dhoni follows with a net worth of approximately $125 million, and Virat Kohli comes in third at $92 million.
