On Friday, February 28, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced the PSL 10 schedule for their country-born league, the Pakistan Super League. As per the released schedule, the tournament will kick off on April 11, almost colliding with India's Indian Premier League starting on March 22. Coming to PSL, their 10th edition of the tournament will witness their first match at the Rawalpindi Stadium with defending champions Islamabad United facing the two-time champions Lahore Qalandars. The six-team tournament will feature 34 matches from April 11 to May 18, with Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium hosting 13 games, including two Eliminators and the final. An exhibition match is scheduled for April 8 in Peshawar, with teams to be announced later. Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host 11 PSL matches, including Qualifier 1 on May 13. Karachi’s National Bank Stadium and Multan Cricket Stadium will each host five matches. The tournament includes three double-headers—two on Saturdays and one on Labour Day. Karachi Kings will start their campaign on April 12 at home against last season’s runners-up, Multan Sultans. The Sultans, winners of the sixth edition, will take on Lahore Qalandars on April 22 in Multan’s first home game. Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will officially kick off the 10th edition of the PSL on April 24, with the home team, Qalandars—back-to-back winners of the seventh and eighth editions—facing Peshawar Zalmi. Peshawar Zalmi, the 2017 champions, will play five matches in Rawalpindi, while 2019 winners Quetta Gladiators will feature in five games at the Gaddafi Stadium.
