He was seen in different poses flexing his blessure or the baggy blue. But what caught the eyes was his bat. Earlier, Gill used to use a CEAT bat. But later he started using an MRF sticker. But now, he has started using the tag "Prince" on it. And that has been the cause of rage. ๐๐ผ๐น๐ธ๐ - ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ง๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป, ๐ฆ๐ต๐๐ฏ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐น๐น #TeamIndia | #ENGvIND | @ShubmanGill pic.twitter.com/dhmc9m6apU — BCCI (@BCCI) June 11, 2025 However, it's not new to have a tag on their belongings. This decision of the BCCI was also criticized by cricket fans as there are senior players who could take up the leadership role. India will play against England at Headingley on June 30. The next four Tests will be played on July 4, 10, 23 and 31 respectively. With two senior players, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli having announced their retirement, it will be a tough challenge for the young Indian team to face England on their home turf.
