Mumbai Indians vs. Punjab Kings, IPL 2025 league is most likely to be rescheduled from Dharamshala to Ahmedabad. The match will be reportedly played at Narendra Modi Stadium, instead of playing at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium. This decision comes after the Indian Army conducted Operation Sindoor to target terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The majority of the airports in North India, such as those at Dharamshala and Chandigarh, have been shut down until May 10 on grounds of security. The Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) asserted that it is prepared to host the match at Ahmedabad. According to the sources, GCA Secretary Anil Patel informed that the venue for the match has been relocated as a consequence of these problems. The game will nevertheless be played on May 11 according to the original plan. Punjab Kings will have to travel by road to Delhi and then fly from there to Ahmedabad, as there are no flights from neighboring airports. With local airports closed, air travel is a major issue for the BCCI. In the absence of flights, the team will have to embark on an arduous 10-hour road journey to Delhi before it can fly out to other places for the IPL.
