Former South African cricketer Daryll Cullinan has heavily criticized the Indian test captain, Rohit Sharma, mostly for his fitness, especially as compared to the former Indian captain Virat Kohli. He has made comparisons with the other Indian players as well, saying that Sharma is a misfit for four or five Tests at a stretch. In a recent interview conducted by InsideSports, Cullinan has been brutally honest about the Indian skipper's physical appearance. In the interview, he said "And you look at Rohit and you look at Virat; you look at their physical condition; Rohit is overweight. He is not a longtime cricketer anymore. But I am saying that the hard grind of four five Test matches—I mean Rohit is not in a good physical condition. Look at Virat, look at this, and a lot of the other Indian players. So no, I think I will say it again." 🚨INSIDESPORT EXCLUSIVE🚨South African ace Daryll Cullinan honest opinions on Rohit Sharma 👇🏻 🔸Rohit Sharma is overweight. Popularly tagged as the Hitman, fans consider Rohit Sharma right next to Australian batting legend Ricky Ponting when it comes to a pull or the hook shot. However, Cullinan feels Rohit struggles with the short ball, referring to Rohit's performance against South Africa. Not only that, he wants Rohit back at the top of the batting order. He said, "Rohit's best at home But I just wonder if it's not going to backfire on India because they weren't the same team in the second test. I think Rohit is a flat-track bully. Let's look at his record outside of India. Every time he's beat to South Africa, I have clearly got the feeling that he doesn't like the short ball. The fact that he is back in the middle order—I don't like that. He is an opener; he must come and lead from the front."
