Amidst the much-celebrated historic win of RCB in IPL 2026, various videos have gone viral on the internet showcasing celebrations that have allegedly led to damage of public property and disruption of peace in various Indian cities. While Royal Challengers Bengaluru lifted the trophy with their win against Gujarat Titans and continued with celebrations in several cities of India, the celebrations turned sour when few videos started emerging on the social media sites from cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad and few parts of Andhra Pradesh. Several videos showcased that a huge crowd was present on the roads, bursting fire crackers, stopping traffic, creating ruckus, etc. One such video also showed that the barriers were being broken down, and many people seemed to be climbing on moving vehicles while celebrating. Viral Videos Draw Public Anger One of the most popular videos circulating from the celebrations was of Hyderabad where many had occupied the main roads of the city. Several other videos also mentioned that the police had to take over to control the situation and manage the crowd. These videos were widely shared on the social media sites and people started reacting to them with great anger. In the clip, alleged supporters were shown to be destroying public property. They allegedly went to the extent of damaging a public bus. The particular act has yet again put a spotlight on how fans celebrated in large numbers on account of a particular sporting event. Many a user was seen to be asking to take strong action against the supporters and make sure that those featured in the clips get identified.
