Throughout the over the past few IPL seasons, Rahul's intent came under a lot of doubt, but this season, the team took something really bold by moving him to number four for the Delhi Capitals (DC) and change of mindset has once again brought the lethal version of Rahul. He scintillating performance took DC to their fourth consecutive victory in IPL 2025 with this; they are now the only team unbeaten in the tournament. Axar Patel-led squad defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) too at their fort, in the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. With Kuldeep Yadav and Vipraj Nigam on song, DC put the lid on RCB's innings.
