West Indies all-time great Kieron Pollard has made history by becoming the world's first cricketer to score 14,000 runs and achieve 300 wickets in T20 cricket. The 38-year-old claimed the feat while representing Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2025 against Barbados Royals at Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad. Pollard required only 19 runs to join Chris Gayle in the elite 14,000-run group, and he achieved the milestone with an unbeaten 19 off nine deliveries. The knock consisted of two fours and a six, with the latter assisting him in registering the record for most sixes in CPL history. Pollard Joins Chris Gayle in Elite T20 Batting List Chris Gayle, who is arguably the best T20 player of all time, is still the leading run-scorer in the format with 14,562 runs in 463 games. Pollard is second all-time with 14,000 runs in 712 games. England's Alex Hales, Australia's David Warner, and Pakistan's Shoaib Malik complete the top five.
