Australian cricketer Jess Jonassen brought a little bit of Bollywood to the Women's Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) 2024. During Friday's clash of Trinbago Knight Riders versus Barbados Royals at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad, following a crucial wicket, she enacted the most famous pose of star Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) while celebrating. As it enters its second year, the Women's CPL is expected to attract lot of T20 cricket talent across both hemispheres. The Knight Riders franchise, co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla, and Jay Mehta, has added extra star power to the league. It was the 15th over of the Royals' innings when Jonassen bowled out Aaliyah Alleyne with a great delivery. The Knight Riders had posted 113/9 in their 20 overs, captain Deandra Dottin and Shikha Pandey contributing the most with 28 off 26 and 30 off 34 respectively.
