The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah unveiled the new jersey for Team India on Friday, November 29. The official kit sponsor of the Indian cricket team, Adidas, has manufactured this jersey with some major changes to the new jersey. They have added a tri-colour strip to its shoulder strap. The BCCI secretary Jay Shah and the Indian Women’s team captain Harmanpreet Kaur revealed the new jersey during an event in Mumbai. The first match of the series will be played in Brisbane on December 5. The three-match ODI series is part of the ICC Women’s Championship. The team will be wearing this jersey during their series to Australia while the Indian senior Men’s team will get their hands on the jersey during the three-match ODI series which is scheduled to be played in February 2025.
