This win brought an end to their home games at M. Chinnaswamy as the caravan for RCB's remaining home games will now move to Raipur. Virat Kohli Leads RCB Chase The chasing of Royal Challengers Bengaluru was mainly dependent upon an outstanding batting performance by Virat Kohli, who looked completely fearless while going after the opposition bowlers in a confident manner. After getting a lifeline on zero, Kohli did not look back and punished Gujarat Titans with his destructive style of playing. The RCB talisman managed to score an impressive 81 runs off 44 balls and hit eight fours and four sixes with a strike rate of above 180 before being dismissed by Jason Holder. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal put up an important 115 runs partnership, turning the match completely in favor of RCB. Padikkal played his part well and smashed an impressive 55 runs off 27 balls with six huge sixes and two fours. Gujarat Titans bowlers Rashid Khan and Jason Holder helped them pull the game back with timely wickets, but good finishing from Krunal Pandya (23 offf 12 balls) and Tim David (10 off 9) ensured RCB crossed the finish line comfortably with 7 balls to spare. Previously Gujarat Titans had 205/3, with a huge hundred from Sai Sudharsan who scored 100 of 58 balls with contribution from Shubman Gill (32) and Jos Buttler (25). With a massive chase though, RCB's depth and composure proved to be decisive.
