The IPL 2025 will resume on Saturday, May 17, following a one-week suspension due to cross-border tension between India and Pakistan. The majority of foreign players are set to resume, except only a few Australians and Englishmen. Below are the details of the overseas players for each team. Which Overseas Players Are Returning for IPL 2025 Restart Sunrisers Hyderabad Sunrisers Hyderadad's skipper Pat Cummins and opener Travis Head are set to return for the remaining matches in IPL 2025. However, they are expected to return for the two matches left. SRH is already out of the playoffs and even though their key players are returning, it will not alter their playoff prospects. Mumbai Indians Mumbai Indians are well-placed in the points table. They resumed training at Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday. Former skipper Rohit Sharma was present, along with overseas players Mitchell Santner, Bevon Jacobs, and Mujeeb Ur Rahman as they never left the country during the break. Other overseas players such as Will Jacks (England) and Ryan Rickelton (wicketkeeper) will join the team from Thursday. Hence, it is assumed that these three players might not be available for the playoff games.
