The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday confirmed that the Indian men’s team will travel to Bangladesh in August 2025 for a limited-overs series featuring three One Day Internationals and three T20 Internationals. The tour will kick off with the ODI leg, starting on August 17 in Mirpur. The second and third ODIs are scheduled for August 20 and August 23, with the final match set to be hosted in Chattogram. Following the 50-over contests, the T20I series will begin on August 26 in Chattogram, before the action returns to Mirpur for the final two T20Is on August 29 and 31. This will be India’s first tour to Bangladesh since December 2022, when the two teams clashed in a three-match ODI series and a two-match Test series. On that occasion, Bangladesh emerged victorious in the ODI series 2-1, while India swept the Test series 2-0. India will play a five-match Test series against England, starting on June 20 in Leeds. The series will conclude in August. Following this tour, India will travel to Bangladesh for a white-ball series. Following their overseas assignments, India will return home to a packed international calendar beginning October 2025. The home season will begin with a two-Test series against the West Indies, starting October 2 in Ahmedabad. The second Test will be played in Kolkata from October 10. Later in the month, the team will tour Australia for three ODIs and five T20Is. South Africa’s visit will feature matches across all three formats. In November, South Africa will tour India for a full series comprising three Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is. The two teams will then face off in a three-match ODI series, with games scheduled in Ranchi (November 30), Raipur (December 3), and Visakhapatnam (December 6). The tour will conclude with a five-match T20I series across multiple venues, culminating in the final match in Ahmedabad on December 19.
