On the first day of the second Test between Bangladesh and India, there was a report that a Bangladeshi cricket fan was attacked in the stands and later taken to a medical facility. As yet, what led to this unfortunate incident is not certain. A fan who was attacked is known by the name "Super Fan Roby" and dressed as a tiger. According to an official from the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, stated that Roby could not tell what happened but it was clear that he was in distress. Speaking to the media afterward, he narrated that he was having an excruciating pain in his stomach and was about to faint. The official said, "As he came out of the stands, he was wincing in pain and seemed to be fainting. He said, "We do not know if he was hit by somebody. We have a constable in that stand to keep an eye on the fans. We could not understand what he was saying. Probably he had pain. "The ambulance was taking some time to arrive so the in-stadia medical team has taken him to a nearby facility," A very evidently hurt Roby, who hardly could talk, appeared in the video shared by PTI. It is clearly visible that he is hurt and is having pain in his back and stomach. According to him, people attacked him. They said that a fan was found near the C Block entrance, having trouble breathing and barely able to talk. A police source even suggested that the fan's condition may have been caused by dehydration instead of a fight with other fans. Rohit Sharma and team so far currently leading the test series against Bangladesh with 1-0, and will be keen to win the second match to ensure a clean sweep.
