DP International League T20 Season 4 gets underway later today, with the opening match set to take place between Dubai Capitals and Desert Vipers at the Dubai International Stadium, with this game also being a repeat of last year's final. The league will organize an opening ceremony with music star Ali Zafar ahead of the first ball being bowled. All six teams have completed their squads after the retention process and the league's first-ever Player Auction held in October. Fans wishing to attend the ceremony and the opening game can still purchase limited tickets. Stand tickets start from AED 20, with hospitality packages starting from AED 325. The top four teams on the points table will qualify for the playoffs. Qualifier 1: First and second-placed teams play each other, and the winner directly advances to the final. Eliminator: The third and fourth-placed teams play an eliminator knockout match. Qualifier 2: The loser of Qualifier 1 meets the winner of the Eliminator for the second spot in the final. There will be a total of 34 matches played across three venues: Dubai International Cricket Stadium (Dubai) Sharjah Cricket Stadium (Sharjah) Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium (Abu Dhabi) The final will be on January 4.
