Though the diagnosis did hamper Yuvraj Singh's cricketing career, the will and grit told a different story as he made his way back into the Indian team to inspire millions. His story now will reach even more people as T-Series head Bhushan Kumar is all geared up to produce a film on life of Yuvraj Singh with Ravi Bhagchandka featuring as the co-producer. While the biopic will span Yuvraj's life and career, the sports star's achievements off and on the field will also form a part of the stock taken. This sports drama will be the second one by Bhagchandka after his 2017 Sachin Tendulkar documentary, *Sachin: A Billion Dreams*. Yuvraj commented that he felt "deeply honored" to have his story shared with fans worldwide. He wants to inspire others with the biopic so that they make a difference, fight all the odds, and chase their dreams strongly. In an interview with Variety, Yuvraj shared this sentiment: "I am deeply honored that my story will be showcased to millions of my fans across the globe by Bhushan-ji and Ravi. Cricket has been my greatest love and source of strength through all the highs and lows. I hope this film inspires others to overcome their own challenges and pursue their dreams with unwavering passion." The announcement was made on Tuesday, August 20, and got cricket enthusiasts in high spirits. Bhushan described the T20 World Cup and ODI World Cup winner's life as a "compelling narrative of resilience, triumph, and passion.". Kumar said that: “Yuvraj Singh’s life is a compelling narrative of resilience, triumph, and passion. His journey from a promising cricketer to a cricketing hero, and then to a hero in real life, is truly inspiring. I am thrilled to bring a story that needs to be told and heard through the big screen and to celebrate his extraordinary achievements." Meanwhile, Bhagchandka thanked Yuvraj for trusting T-Series to tell his story on the big screen, he stated that: “Yuvraj has been a dear friend for many years. I’m honored that he trusted us to translate his incredible cricketing journey into a cinematic experience. Yuvi is not just a world champion but a true legend in every sense of the word." Having backed projects like "Animal," "Drishyam 2," "Kabir Singh," and "Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior," Kumar will now team up with producer Ravi Bhagchandka to bring the story of Yuvraj Singh alive on the big screen. Bhagchandka will co-produce the film under his banner 200 Not Out Cinema. Nothing on the casting, the director, or any other detail of the film has been announced so far.
