Gujarat Titans added some big names to their squad in the recently concluded IPL 2025 mega auction that was held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The 2022 IPL title winner made an expensive and explosive start in the auction. They took the first opportunity they saw and signed the key players straight away from the marquee set. They signed Jos Buttler for INR 15.75 crore, Kagiso Rabada for INR 10.75, and Mohammed Siraj for INR 12.25 from the marquee sets. To strengthen their bowling lineup for the coming IPL 2025 they bought Prasidh Krishna for a whopping INR 9.5 crore. The Titans seemed to have a formidable squad but the quality wicketkeepers in their squad were lacking in IPL 2024. However, they will not face that issue in IPL 2025 as they have roped in Buttler, Kumar Kushagra, and Anuj Rawat in the wicketkeeping department. They have also made some smart decisions by signing two underrated all-rounders Mahipal Lomror and Nishant Sindhu in the uncapped category that will further make the squad unbreakable.
