The ICC rated the outfield at Green Park Stadium, Kanpur, "unsatisfactory after the rain-affected second test against Bangladesh from September 27 to October 1. The rest of India's international venues for the 2024-25 season received no such censure, with the pitches in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai rated either "satisfactory" or "very good." Well, despite the challenges, India gave a good fight. With whatever over they got, they managed to take 20 wickets in 121.2 overs and scored 383 runs in just 52 overs.
