Every time India struggles in Tests after Gautam Gambhir took over the coaching responsibilities, an old video of him getting dismissed by James Anderson surfaces on internet! It is a video from the 2014 tour of England, when Gambhir was dismissed in the fifth Test at The Oval, trying to leave the delivery by succumbing to a slight outside edge. In the video, Geoffrey Boycott was literally praising the then opener Murali Vijay. But suddenly, Gambhir showed up on the frame taking his guard, and Boycott tagged him "rubbish." And the moment Gambhir was dismissed, Boycott seemed to leap in the air, finding his claim to be right. And now, after watching Sai Sudharsan's dismissal in the second innings at Old Trafford, Manchester, the "like-coach-like-player" troll started. Notably, the netizens figured out that Sudharshan got dismissed in a similar way as Gambhir's. Sai was in a moment of hesitation if he wants to play or leave. But by the time he pulled out the bat, the ball from Brydon Carse kissed the bat's blade and went to Harry Brook at the second slip. He played the first Test at Leeds but was then benched for the next two matches. Well, with Karun nair struggling, Sai was brought back, replacing Nair at Manchester. Even though he was a bit nervy in the beginning, he scored a gritty half century, being one of the key contributors of India's 358 runs in the first innings. England thereafter had a marathon batting display, batting for 157 overs and scoring 669 runs. India started with 0 for two, with Yashasvi jaiswal being the first prey for Chris Woakes. And Sai Sudharsan was his second prey, going out in the very next ball for a golden duck. Well, Shubman Gill (78*) and KL Rahul (87*) steadied the innings with India having 174 runs on the board, trailing behind by 137 runs at the end of Day 4.
