The Indian legend, Rohit Sharma, has officially retired from Test cricket after 67 appearances in the format. Rohit amassed 4,301 runs, which included 12 hundreds and 18 half-centuries. The 38-year-old, who captained India to the World Test Championship Final in 2023, made the announcement through a heartfelt Instagram story. "Hello everyone, I would like to share that I am retiring from Test cricket. It’s been an absolute honour to represent my country in whites. Thank you for all the love and support over the years. I will continue to represent India in the ODI format,” Rohit wrote.
