The 37th IPL match in 2025 will see Royal Challengers Bangalore go up against Punjab Kings again- this time at Mullanpur Stadium. It's the second clash in a span of just 48 hours. Punjab Kings are riding high on form and crushed RCB in the previous encounter by bowling out for only 95 runs in the previous encounter. Punjab chased down the target with consummate ease. It was the bowlers who stole the show for PBKS, especially Yuzvendra Chahal and Marco Jansen, who kept their economy rates under four. Harpreet Brar also had an exceptional spell, having picked up two wickets after he came to bowl in the second half of the inning. If anybody has become a centre of attraction for today's match, it is Brar and not Chahal. In the last match at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Brar was introduced in the 12th over and dismissed two batters in consecutive deliveries after bowling only an over. His pivotal breakthrough allowed PBKS to tighten their grip on RCB. Brar has put up a fantastic record against RCB. He has appeared in seven matches against them and has collected 10 wickets with an economy of 7.71. Keeping in mind the fact that Chinnaswamy and Mullanpur are batting-friendly pitches, this performance should be even more commendable. The time and again he has proved to be a real game-changer against Bangalore. Will he work his magic again on Rajat Patidar and Co., or will RCB finally breach that spell? The on-field action is set to answer that question.
