England Test captain Ben Stokes seems to suffer from an injury scare on day four of the first Test against New Zealand at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. However, in the post-match conference, he assured that he is fit and is "more management than anything else." In this the first Test, Stokes has bowled 19.3 overs, which is his most in two years. However, he left bowling midway, reportedly suffering from lower back pain. The incident happened during England's bowling spell at Christchurch, when the Kiwis were trailing by just 4 runs, having six wickets in hand. Stokes, who had started bowling from the Botanical Gardens End, had already completed the four balls of that particular over. However, he stepped back after running three steps and handed the ball to Gus Atkinson, who completed the over. Stokes, who looked suffering, fielded till the lunch.
